Return Policy






All sales are FINAL. If you have any concerns or enquiries regarding to the product or service on our site or store, please contact us at before committing to purchase.


If you discover fault or defect with the product received, please contact us at and we will work to solve the issue with you as soon as possible.





Our policy lasts 7 days. 7 days are in calendar days included public holidays, not business days.


If you are not satisfied with the product received and would like to return it or ask for either replacement or refund, please contact us at (provided with receipt or proof of purchase.) within 7 days to file the case.


If 7 days have gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you the replacement or refund.


If we authorized and confirmed the return case, an assigned case number for returning the corresponding product will be sent to you. We reserved the right to deny case of limited or sold out product or for reasons not due to our error.





To be eligible for a return, your item must be:


Product(s) are with receipt or proof of purchase.


Product(s) are with assigned case number.


Product(s) must be returned in unused, new or original condition with all accessories or labels attached, if any.


Product(s) are in original packaging.


Product(s) must be returned within 7 days after assigned case number sent to you.





You acknowledge the actual color tone in digital photos of product(s) may vary from different devices view, especially for hand-made or hand-painted product(s). Product(s) with color tone matter are not eligible for return.


Custom made or sold out or sales & discounted product(s) are not eligible for return.


Product(s) damaged caused by human failure are not eligible for return.


Product(s) without receipt or proof of purchase are not eligible for return.


Product(s) without case number are not eligible for return.


Product(s) with if any, missing parts or accessories or labels or boxes caused by human failure are not eligible for return.


Gift card(s) are not eligible for return.


Upon dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return cases.



SECTION 4 - REFUNDS (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your eligible item, you should mail your item to us: M’s Production & Co. - Suite 42, 11th Floor, Block D, Wah Lok Industrial Centre, #31-35 Shan Mei Street, Fotan, N.T., 00852, Hong Kong., within 7 days after the assigned return case number sent to you.


Product(s) return after 7 days the assigned return case number sent will not be accepted for any circumstances.


You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you locate, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping any item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item especially without tracking number or insurance.
